Required credentials
- Shopify Admin API access token (custom app) — read orders, products, inventory and customers. Write discounts only if you switch it on
- Delivery webhook — optional. Klaviyo flow, Zapier or your push provider; it receives customer or device ids to look up. Without one, approved campaigns are exported
- Shopper events — optional. Needed for the cart-abandoner and high-intent segments, the conversion and cart-abandonment checks, and the For You feed
